Rachel Meuret currently serves as Managing Director at PurdueTHINK Consulting, where notable accomplishments include being elected the first female president and leading an executive board of seven while managing approximately 13 consulting teams. Under Rachel's leadership, recruitment efforts achieved a record-setting 290% increase in applicants and diversified participant majors by over 70%. Previous roles at PurdueTHINK include Director of Operations and Project Manager. Rachel has also gained experience as an M&A Advisory Intern at PwC, supporting a significant pharmaceutical divestiture, and as a Project Management Intern at Stryker, where a variant reduction plan was developed to streamline product configurations. Rachel is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Business & Engineering at Purdue University.
