Kristen Brown has a diverse work experience in various companies. Kristen is currently working at Purdue Pharma L.P. as an Associate Director, focusing on Talent Management and Strategic HR Partner. Prior to this, they worked at Weight Watchers as a Director, People Partner. Kristen also served as an HR Director at HUGO BOSS and held the role of HR Business Partner at Unilever, where they supported various departments across the company. Kristen also has previous experience as an HR Manager at Tommy Hilfiger, a Benefits Coordinator at Armani Exchange, and an Administrative Assistant at NTT Ltd.

Kristen Brown has a diverse education history. Kristen holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and Development from New York University, completed from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. In recent years, Kristen has obtained additional certifications, including a True Colors Conflict Navigation certification from True Colors International in March 2022, and two True Colors Certified Facilitator certifications in December 2020.
