Taylor Stockton, P.E. is an experienced Project Manager at RH2 Engineering, specializing in water industry design and resilience projects, including transmission mains, reservoirs, and pump stations. With a strong background in advanced oxidation processes from work as a Consultant and former Director of Engineering at PURALYTICS, Taylor has significantly improved purification technologies and secured patents in the field. Prior experience includes key engineering roles at Black & Veatch, focusing on civil and mechanical design for water projects, and earlier internships at Boeing and Leupold & Stevens, where Taylor contributed to quality control and process design. Taylor holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology.
