Josh Palmer is a Quality Assurance Manager at Pura, where responsibilities include gathering company product data and implementing Product Lifecycle Management Software to enhance revision control, change management, and quality management. Additionally, Josh played a key role in establishing a device manufacturing factory in Mexico. Prior experience includes serving as a Support Engineer at ATL Technology, LLC, with hands-on experience in a factory environment in DongGuan, China. Josh also worked as a Whitewater Rafting Guide with Worldwide River Expeditions, fostering customer relationships and motivating clients through challenging experiences. Previous roles include Ski Mechanic at Outdoors Unlimited and Teacher at the Missionary Training Center. Josh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from Brigham Young University.
