Tim Fletcher has worked in the health and fitness field for nearly 15 years. tim began their career in 1998 as the Owner Operator of Personal Best Training. In 2004, they became a Trainer at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System. From 2011 to 2013, Tim worked as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor for Houston's Premeire Home Fitness Company. In 2013, they became a Sales and Marketing Manager for Jointec LLC, a role which involved marketing, sales, promotions and physical demonstrations of the aquaspin bike Jointec Aqua ProSilver Trainer. Additionally, they held certification classes for future instructors, demonstrating beginner to advanced programs applicable to various health conditions. That same year, Tim also became a Brand Amigo for Pura Vida Tequila Company LLC, a role which involved marketing, sales, and promotions of Pura Vida Tequila and other Pura Vida products. In 2012, they were a Fitness Consultant for Jointech. Finally, Tim is currently an Aquabiking Instructor at YMCA, a role they have held since 2015.

Tim Fletcher began their educational journey in 1966 at Life U, where they studied "kicks in the ass". tim then continued their studies at Houston Community College, where they studied Physical Therapy Assistance.
