Michael Gao is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in app development and engineering. As Co-Founder of Puppr since June 2017, Michael developed a dog training app in partnership with celebrity trainer Sara Carson, providing over 100 video lessons for dog owners. Additionally, as Co-Founder of Chin and Cheeks LLC since October 2012, Michael has been dedicated to creating mobile applications and games. A notable past role includes Lead Engineer at Scopely, where Michael contributed to the Marvel Strike Force project and managed development for the Dice franchise. Michael has a strong educational background with a BS in Computer Science & Engineering from UCLA and has received multiple industry awards, including the Scopelean of the Year (Inspiration) award in 2015 and 2017. Working remotely from San Diego, Michael has gained experience in various programming languages and technologies throughout a diverse career, including roles at Qualcomm and Piggyback.
