Previously, Alberto worked at Telecom Italia from May 1996 to June 2008, holding various roles such as Presales Specialist for Business Clients, where the focus was on designing voice-data solutions, and managing commercial performance for multiple sectors, including public telephone services and technical support. Alberto holds a degree in Ingegneria Elettronica with a specialization in Telecomunicazioni from Politecnico di Torino, completed in 1994.
