Chris Rafferty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries, primarily in the hospitality and food sector. Chris'smost recent role was as the Head of Operations (North) at Punch (Taverns) beginning in November 2023. Chris previously worked as an Operations Manager at Milton Pubs Ltd from April 2017 to February 2018, and at Harry Ramsdens from October 2016 to March 2017.
Before that, Chris held the position of Operations Manager at Seven Seas Ventures Limited, where they successfully opened a flagship store and developed plans for additional locations in Scotland from October 2015 to October 2016. Chris also served as the Operations Director, Projects for Riley's Sports Bars at LT Management Services Ltd, overseeing 42 trading sites across the UK from January 2015 to September 2015.
Chris further demonstrated their expertise in operations and management as the Operations Director, Projects at LT Management Services Ltd during Riley's Sports Bars in Administration from September 2014 to December 2014. Additionally, they were the Director of Food Development and Auditing at Little Chef UK from May 2013 to August 2014, responsible for the conception, sourcing, design, and delivery of the food offer.

Chris Rafferty obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University, starting in 1989 and finishing in 1994. In 1994-1995, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Information and Administrative Management at Glasgow Caledonian University. Later, from 1995 to 1996, they attended the University of Glasgow, where they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Secondary Education (Secondary) with a focus on Business Studies and Economics. In 2004-2005, Chris undertook a Life and Executive Coaching Diploma at Garnett Consulting Limited, emphasizing life coaching.
