Juan Bautista Thorne has been working in the Human Resources field since 1998. Juan Bautista began their career as an HR Trainee for ABN AMRO Bank. Juan Bautista then moved to The Nielsen Company as an HR Analyst and Grupo Clarín as an HR Analyst and Senior Analyst. In 2003, they became the Human Resources Supervisor for Amcor Rigids Plastics' Pilar Plant. In 2006, they joined Kraft Foods as an HR Coordinator for Talent Management & Organization Effectiveness in the Southern Cone and an HR Business Partner for Commercial, Support and Supply Chain Areas. From 2011-2015, they worked as a People & Organization Partner (HR) for BioAg Argentina and Mexico/LA Talent Attraction & Recruitment, and BioAg Argentina and Brazil/LA Talent Attraction & Recruitment at Novozymes. In 2019, they became a Freelance Head Hunter and People & Organization Consultant at JBT-Links. In 2020, they joined B. Braun Group as an HR Manager. Finally, in 2022, they became the Head of People at Puna Bio.
