Dylan O'Connor is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information technology management across various roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology at PUMA Group since June 2016, Dylan has been instrumental in overseeing network operations, IT security, and retail IT teams, while also managing regional Help Desk Operations. Prior to PUMA, Dylan founded and led Three Acres Consulting, providing strategic IT services. Dylan's tenure at Thrive Networks included positions from Chief Technology Officer to Vice President of Technology, where significant transformations in service delivery and substantial service revenue growth were achieved. Earlier career roles include Senior Systems Engineer at Toast Technologies Inc. and Business Unit Desktop Support Analyst at Fidelity Investments. Dylan holds an Associate's degree in Broadcast Communications from Middlesex Community College.
