Desirre Machado is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and systems consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Support Analyst at Pulsus since September 2020, Desirre has advanced through various support roles within the company. Prior to Pulsus, Desirre worked as a Systems Consultant at Alltrade and held a Technical Support Analyst position at Infra Tecnologia. Notable prior experience includes serving as the Head of the IT Department for the Government of the State of Rio Grande do Sul from March 2015 to February 2019. Desirre holds a degree in Systems Analysis and Development from Unisinos and a technical qualification in Information Technology from IPUC. Additionally, Desirre is pursuing an MBA in IT Project Management at Instituto Faculeste.
