Lolita Kochieva has a background in data analysis and has worked in various roles throughout their career. Lolita started their career at VTB in 2017, where they worked as a Product Analyst, participating in analytical projects for different departments within the company. Lolita then transitioned to the role of Senior Product Analyst, where they performed a thorough analysis of the Multicarta product, resulting in proposed changes that saved the bank approximately 5 billion rubles. Lolita also analyzed the sales funnel structure and proved analytically that the bank's new communication policy would be effective.
In 2019, Lolita joined Yandex Go as a Data Analyst. Lolita developed an innovative methodology that analyzed the efficiency of marketing campaigns in a multi-service superapp, leading to a 15% increase in marketing efficiency and saving Yandex $2 million annually. Lolita also made significant contributions to the successful launch of a new ride-hailing application in Nigeria through the development of an effective data pipeline.
