Karla Paliska is a seasoned design professional currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at PulsePoint since November 2023 and as a Co-Founder of Studio Ru:t, a full-service design studio active since January 2019. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer at FIVE and Partnerbeat from August 2021 to December 2023 and October 2021 to July 2023, respectively. Karla has contributed to the Croatian Designers Association as a member of the Management Board from March 2016 to September 2019, and served as Program Director for the Plan D Festival between September 2016 and 2019. Academic experience includes roles as a Co-Mentor in the Creative Laboratory and Visual Communications Department at the University of Zagreb from 2014 to 2017. Karla’s educational background consists of a Master's degree in Visual Communication and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Zagreb, alongside studies at the Centre for Women's Studies in Zagreb.
