Giles Alderson

Manager, Story Engineering at PulsePoint

Giles Alderson has extensive work experience in various roles within the tech industry. Giles most recently served as the Manager of Story Engineering at PulsePoint since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Ericsson, where they held the position of Chief Architect from April 2016 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for designing and overseeing the development of new features for a highly available and scalable cloud platform for telecoms applications. Before that, they served as the Development Team Lead at Ericsson from January 2012 to March 2016. Giles Alderson has a strong educational background in electronic engineering. Giles obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton in 1990. Following that, they pursued further studies in the same field and completed a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) between 1990 and 1991. Giles then continued their academic journey at ESIEE PARIS, where they obtained another Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from 1991 to 1992.
