Under Usha Raghavan's leadership, the company has established itself as an authorized telecom service provider, holding an A class unified license and VNO license. Prior to this role, Usha Raghavan worked as a CAD Designer at Dr. Gupta Group of Companies from September 1989 to October 1999. Usha Raghavan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Madras.
