Jim Lerdal has an extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Jim began their career as a Credit Analyst at JPMorgan Chase in 1988 before moving on to roles such as COO at TeleCheck / First Data Corp and President at FutureCall Telemarketing.
In 2001, they became the President of International Check Services and successfully increased revenues, collection rates, and reduced expenses. Jim recruited a management team to improve financial results and prepare the company for sale, which resulted in the company being sold to First Data - Telecheck.
Jim then worked as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Pinnacle Financial Strategies, where they managed program managers responsible for software and program implementation at banks. Jim also created a web-based infrastructure to enhance financial reporting and analysis, leading to increased revenue and improved client relationships.
From 2006 to 2013, they owned CLJ Marketing Inc, a top 50 internet floral retailer, where they recruited and trained quality employees, resulting in low turnover rates and developed training programs that led to higher close rates and customer satisfaction.
As the Senior Vice President of Operations and Compliance at PreCash from 2013 to 2015, Jim established priorities and goals for operations, created reporting analytics, and negotiated contracts for cost-effective partnerships.
Jim then worked as a Process Improvement Consultant at Neighborhood Centers Inc. from 2015 to 2016, where they developed process improvement strategies and implemented best practices to enhance customer service.
Currently, Jim is the Executive Vice President of Operations at PULSE, where they oversee operations and previously held the role of Vice President in Fraud and Risk Control.

Jim Lerdal has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Minnesota, which they earned between the years 1980 and 1984. Jim later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business during the period of 1988 to 1989. Furthermore, in 1998, Jim completed an Advance Management Program at Harvard Business School, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
