Mr. Dutcher became Pulse NeedleFree Systems’ Vice President of Finance on August 15, 2002. Mr. Dutcher now directs all of Pulse’s financial, engineering and production activities. Mr. Dutcher previously served as chief financial officer of Innotek Engineered Products (1990 to 2002), chief financial officer of American Geotek Corporation (1987 to 1990), and chief financial officer and operations manager of S&J Supply Corporation (1985 to 1987).
