Joe Ingham's work experience includes positions at VICE Media and Pulse Films as the Head of Development starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Lightbox Productions Inc. as a Development Executive from 2020 to 2022, where they originated, developed, and managed a slate of factual formats for various SVODS and cable broadcasters. Joe also served as the Director at the British Film Institute (BFI) for a brief period in 2020. Before that, they worked at LABEL1 TELEVISION LIMITED as a Senior Development Producer and Edit Producer, contributing to the creation and management of development slates and commissioned projects. Joe has also held roles as a Producer at the BFI, Development Producer at Endemol Shine UK, Assistant Producer at 7Wonder, and Assistant Development Producer at 7Wonder. Joe'searliest work experience was as a Development Researcher at NERD TV, focusing on popular and specialist factual development across UK broadcasters.

Joe Ingham obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oxford, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
