Ella Falsone is a versatile professional currently serving as a Research Fellow at the Center for Consumer Research & Analytics, where research projects utilize a blend of quantitative, qualitative, psychological, and video graphic techniques to inform corporate partners. In the role of VP of Finance and Operation with Alpha Xi Delta, Ella collaborates with an executive team to manage budgeting and financial reporting. As a Technology and Helpdesk Assistant at Ohio University, support is provided to enhance learning by resolving technological issues for students and faculty. Ella's prior experience includes working as a Pricing Analyst at Progressive Insurance, analyzing trends for pricing strategies, and as a Student Engagement Ambassador, where fundraising efforts were bolstered through outreach to alumni. Currently enrolled in a dual degree program in Business Analytics and Marketing at Ohio University, Ella's academic journey commenced at Mayfield High School, culminating in a diploma in 2021.
