Charlotte Ley is a Project Engineer at Pullman Services since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in hospitality and food service. Prior to this role, Charlotte held multiple positions at Gigi’s Southern Table, including Bartender, Bar Manager, and Serving Manager, from June 2021 to June 2023. Additional experience includes a Bartender role at Champs Downtown for a brief period in late 2022 and a Front Desk Agent position at Courtyard Marriott from May 2019 to September 2020. Charlotte also worked as a Food Server at Vallini Italian Restaurant and gained experience as a Culinary Apprentice at Penn State University. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Penn State University, completed in May 2022, and a high school diploma from Perkiomen Valley High School earned in 2018.
