Willy Wijaya possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Front Office Supervisor and Welcomer at Pullman Jakarta Central Park since October 2021. Previously, Willy completed an internship at Le Méridien from August 2018 to January 2019, receiving recognition as "Best Trainee." Willy also gained valuable experience through another internship at Pullman Jakarta Central Park from August 2017 to January 2018. Academic qualifications include a Diploma 4 in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Trisakti (January 2019 - August 2021) and a Diploma 3 in the same field from Bunda Mulia University (2016 - 2019).
