Willemijn van Loenen is an accomplished People & Culture Manager at Pulitzer Amsterdam since January 2022, responsible for the daily operations of the People & Culture department, part of the hotel management team, and HR advisor to management and heads of departments. Prior experience includes Talent Manager roles at YoungCapital NEXT and True Legends IT Professionals, overseeing HR matters for trainees and IT young professionals, respectively. Additional experience as a Recruitment Consultant and HR Assistant further enhanced expertise in HR processes, coaching, and project management. Willemijn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a minor in Change Management.
