Lars Schrijnemakers currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage Venues at Pulitzer Amsterdam, starting in September 2023. Previously, Lars held the position of Management Trainee in Food & Beverage at The Watergate Hotel from September 2022 to August 2023. Lars has diverse experience in the hospitality industry, including roles as a Delivery Driver at Albert Heijn, Front Office Trainee at AC Hotels, and Allround Trainee at Teaching Hotel Château Bethlehem. Lars began a career in hospitality as a Waiter at Restaurant Bokes and Novotel Hotels and served as a Host in the Business Club for MVV Maastricht. Lars completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Hotel Management School Maastricht from 2019 to 2023 and holds a VWO diploma in Natuur & Techniek, Natuur & Gezondheid from Sint-Maartenscollege.
