Pau Vazquez has extensive experience in digital marketing and corporate communications. Pau began their career as a Strategic Planning Intern at CP Proximity in 2011 and continued to work in various marketing roles, including as a Marketing Trainee at G3 International and as an Account Executive Jr at keepU. In 2013, Pau joined Europol as a Corporate Communications trainee before moving to Young & Rubicam as a Digital Account Executive in 2014. Pau then joined Puig in 2016 as a Global Digital Marketing Executive for Carolina Herrera, eventually becoming the Global Head of Digital Marketing for the brand in 2023. Throughout their career, Pau has demonstrated a strong focus on digital marketing and communications.
Pau Vazquez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Planning and Advertising Creativity from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2010. In 2007, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Publicity and Public Relations from Yeditepe University. Pau later pursued a Licentiate degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, completing it in 2011. In 2017, Pau obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from OBS Business School. Pau then attended IE Business School from 2023 to 2025, earning an Executive MBA in Administration and General Business Management. In terms of certifications, Pau has earned a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) designation from Scrum Alliance in 2022. Pau has also acquired language certifications in German (B1 level), Catalan (Nivell D), and English (B2 level) from various institutions. Additionally, Pau completed a course on The Law of the European Union: An Introduction offered by Leiden University through Coursera in 2013. Pau also holds a qualification as a monitor of leisure activities for children and youth.
