Lionel Mihesso has a strong background in finance and controlling, with experience in various industries such as consumer goods and cosmetics. Lionel is currently serving as the Finance Director for France & Benelux at Puig. Prior to this, they held the role of Finance Manager at Dyson for Southern Europe. Lionel also worked as a Controlling Manager at Puig and as a Financial Controller at Parfums Christian Dior. Additionally, Lionel has experience in internal & financial controlling at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics and L'Oréal. Lionel started their career as a Junior Auditor at KPMG.

Lionel Mihesso completed their education as follows: Lionel obtained a Bachelor's degree from Lycee guillaume bude in 2009, a Prepa HEC degree from Lycee Paul Valéry Paris 12eme in 2011, and a Master's degree in Finance, General from ICN Business School in 2015.
