Camila Tomas has a diverse and extensive work experience in the perfume and beauty industry. Camila has held several leadership positions at various companies. Camila started their career at Procter & Gamble, where they worked as a Global Brand Manager for Fine Fragrances and Color Cosmetics. Camila then moved on to LondonFactory, where they founded the company and developed an internet-based technology. This led to their collaboration with Zara and eventually a position at Puig/Prada. After that, they joined Antonio Puig as the Vice President of Marketing Intelligence, overseeing multiple departments. Camila then joined L'Oreal as the Global Marketing Director for Armani Parfums and later YSL Parfums, where they were responsible for product strategy and advertising campaigns. In 2008, they joined Puig as the Vice President of Innovation and Technology, propelling the company to the forefront of the industry through partnerships and disruptive technologies. Camila also served as the General Manager for EMED, leading the distributor's network and achieving consistent growth. Currently, they are a Board Member of AirParfum, a company that Puig acquired and integrated into the Innovation & Technology Division. Throughout their career, Camila Tomas has demonstrated a strong focus on innovation and strategic leadership.

Camila Tomas has a diverse education history. In 1989, they attended Universitat de Barcelona, where they studied ciencias económicas. From 1990 to 1994, they pursued business administration at Hochschule Osnabrück and also attended ICN Nancy in 1993 to 1994 for business administration. In 1991 to 1994, they earned a BA in business administration with a major in Business Administration from Brunel University London. Camila Tomas continued their education in recent years, attending various programs. In 2013, they completed The Future of Leadership program at Harvard Business School. In 2018, they participated in the Executive program at Singularity University, focusing on exponential growth. In 2019, they were an Alumni c/o Executive Programme participant at futur/io Institute, specializing in Moonshot Thinking. Additionally, in 2021, Camila Tomas completed the Workshop Frontiers of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at MIT Sloan School of Management, offered by Fundación Rafael del Pino, focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship. Camila has obtained several certifications related to their educational experiences. In 2013, they received an Executive Certification from Singularity University. In the same year, they obtained a certification in The Future of Leadership from Harvard Business School. In 2022, they obtained the Frontiers of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Workshop certification from Fundacion Rafael del Pino.
