Luca Podo has work experience in various roles and companies. Luca is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of PugliAI since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a PhD Student in ML4VIS at Sapienza Università di Roma starting from November 2021. Luca also has experience as the CEO & Co-founder of 9 Seconds App from May 2019 to January 2021. Luca worked in R&D at Eka Srl from January 2019 to July 2019. Prior to that, Luca had a role in Formazione Android at CLIOCOM in July 2014.

Luca Podo's education history begins in 2010 when they attended ITIS E. Fermi Lecce. They pursued a degree as a Tech Expert in the field of IT and completed their studies in 2015. Following this, from 2015 to 2018, Luca Podo studied at Università del Salento, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering, specializing in ICT. In 2019, they enrolled at Sapienza Università di Roma and pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science, which was completed in 2021. Finally, in April 2022, Luca Podo obtained a certification in "Information Visualization: Foundations" from Coursera.
