Rachel Benner has extensive experience in community engagement and philanthropy, currently serving as the Community Giving Manager and Executive Director of the PSE Foundation at Puget Sound Energy, where responsibilities include managing a $2M philanthropic portfolio and overseeing strategic grant-making initiatives. Rachel also holds roles as a member of the DEI and ERG Advisory Forum and as a Community Engagement Representative. Previous experience includes employee communication management, government affairs support, and various administrative roles within Puget Sound Energy, as well as positions at Bank of America and Whatcom Educational Credit Union. Rachel's educational background includes studies at Bellevue College and Whatcom Community College.
