Yuhao Tan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2011, Yuhao worked at Bain & Company as an Accounts Assistant/Associate until 2012. In 2014, Yuhao joined Mercer as an Operations Associate for a brief period. From 2016 to 2017, Yuhao worked at Standard Chartered Bank as a Communication Surveillance Analyst. Yuhao then joined RateIt, a customer feedback company, as an Operations Associate from 2017 to 2017, where responsibilities included data analysis and partial account management. From 2018 to 2020, Yuhao worked at Style Theory, starting as a Logistics Analyst and later becoming a Logistics Product Lead. Notable achievements included leading the Singapore logistics team and introducing an in-app unattended delivery service. Yuhao's next role was at CrescoData, where Yuhao served as an Ecommerce Project Manager from 2020 to 2022. Key responsibilities included managing integration projects and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders. Yuhao then transitioned to Pomelo as a Scrum Master in 2022, driving agile transformation and achieving significant improvements in team productivity and happiness. Currently, Yuhao holds the position of Digital Project Manager at Puffy, starting in 2023.

Yuhao Tan obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Economics at the National University of Singapore, graduating in 2015. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2021.
