Scott Tillman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Scott currently works as a Community Manager at Puffco. Prior to this, they served as a Project Coordinator at Reynold Greenleaf and Associates, where they coordinated projects for the senior management team and oversaw public relations activities. Scott also worked at San Felipe Casino Hollywood as an Employee Communications and Database Specialist, responsible for internal communications and maintaining a player database.

Scott has also been involved in political campaigns, having served as a Campaign Manager for Debra Haaland for Lt.
