Mark Herten

Mark Herten has a diverse work experience in the communications and marketing field. Mark began their career in 2008 as a Trainee at about:communication, a communications consultancy specializing in technology, industry, and the automotive sector. Mark then worked as a Junior Account Manager, advising clients on PR and marketing communications. In 2013, Mark joined Technical Associates Group (TAG) as an Account Manager and gradually moved up to the roles of Senior Account Manager, Account Director, and finally Prokurist. In 2018, they transitioned to Publitek as an Account Director and later became the Managing Director/Geschäftsführer Germany. Mark's expertise lies in managing accounts and providing strategic communications advice.

Mark Herten attended the University of Cologne from 2003 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Politikwissenschaft, Philosophie und Neuere Geschichte and graduated as a Magister. In 2004, they also received an Erasmus-Stipendium to study Politikwissenschaft, Philosophie und Neuere Geschichte at Eötvös Loránd University for a year. Later, from 2011 to 2013, Mark Herten attended Friedrich Schiller University Jena, where they achieved a Zwischenprüfung in Politikwissenschaft, Philosophie und Neuere Geschichte.
