Fabian Nagel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Fabian currently holds the position of Sales Director at publicplan GmbH since January 2023, responsible for driving sales strategies. Prior to this role, they served as a Business Development Manager at the same company from January 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining publicplan GmbH, Fabian worked at IBM as a Vertriebsbeauftragter Deutsche Rentenversicherung & Berufsgenossenschaften from January 2020 to December 2021. Fabian also gained experience at IBM subsidiaries, including Aperto - An IBM Company, where they worked as a Business Development Manager Public from August 2017 to December 2020, and IBM iX, where they held the position of Business Development Manager from August 2017 to December 2019.

Fabian's earlier experience includes roles at Snow Software as a Public Sector Sales Manager from September 2016 to June 2017, Materna Information & Communications SE as an Account Manager Government from July 2012 to August 2016, and Albonair GmbH as an Executive Assistant from August 2010 to July 2012.

Furthermore, Fabian has worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Konstanz from October 2007 to February 2008, and as an Intern at the Deutscher Bundestag from January 2007 to April 2007, where they monitored developments in environmental affairs and prepared sessions for the working committees. Fabian also gained internship experience at Cowon Europe GmbH from March 2006 to August 2006.

Fabian Nagel completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Management from the University of Konstanz, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. During this period, they spent a semester abroad at the University of Tartu in 2006 and 2007, focusing on Politics and Economics. Subsequently, in 2008 and 2009, Fabian pursued an MSc in International Business at the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. In July 2021, they obtained a certification in Global Sales School from IBM.
