Nina Orm is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate Board Member at Publicolor and a Senior Analyst in US Public Finance at Fitch Ratings since November 2022. Additional roles include Venture Scout at Level Up Ventures, where Nina sources and evaluates early-stage Black and Latinx led startups, and Financial Analyst at the New York State Financial Control Board from December 2021 to October 2022. Previously, Nina held the position of Senior Legislative Budget Analyst at the New York State Assembly Ways & Means, overseeing a $250 million grant process and supervising junior analysts. Other relevant experiences include roles as a Community Organizer at NYPIRG, Legislative Assistant with the New York State Assembly, and various positions in retail and youth development. Nina holds a Bachelor's degree from the University at Albany and a high school diploma from Cheshire High School.
