Rita Caetano is an experienced professional in digital marketing and project management, currently serving as a Performance Manager at ±Êú²ú±ô¾±³¦´Ç since January 2023. In this role, Rita oversees e-commerce projects, aligns stakeholder activities, and implements performance actions based on data insights to achieve business objectives. Prior to this, Rita held the position of Digital Account Manager at YoungNetwork Group, managing digital projects and client expectations. Additional roles include contributions as a Website Content Manager for EY Portugal, where Rita was involved in launching new websites, content management, and stakeholder interaction, as well as a Community Manager responsible for social media and campaign analysis. Rita's earlier experience includes operational marketing at Ageas Seguros and event promotion. Rita holds a Master's degree in Marketing from ISCTE Business School and a Licentiate degree in Management from ISCAL-Lisbon Accounting and Business School.
