Eimear O'Connor currently serves as the Head of Recruitment Operations and Service Delivery and Talent Acquisition Lead for the Civil Service at Publicjobs.ie, a position held since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles at daa, where Eimear worked from January 2016 to June 2021 as Change Manager for HR Transformation and as Staff Planning and Administration Manager responsible for demand planning, roster design, and payroll reconciliation. Eimear also held positions at daa from August 2010 to April 2015 as Process Improvement Co-ordinator and Operations Team Leader, and served as Buildings and Services Duty Manager at University College Dublin from August 2006 to March 2009. Eimear O'Connor earned an MSc in Work and Organisational Behaviour from Dublin City University between 2017 and 2019.
