Suraj Malla is an accomplished technology leader specializing in Salesforce architecture and program management, currently serving as Director - Technology and Salesforce Architect Lead at Publicis Sapient since January 2023. Previously, Suraj held the position of Director of Program Architecture at Tquila ANZ, successfully delivering projects for notable clients including NDIA and Sonic Healthcare. Suraj's extensive experience includes roles as Salesforce Technical Architect at MLC Life Insurance, leading a major digital transformation program, and Technical Architect at RXP Group, where a store inventory management app was developed for Kraft-Heinz. With a solid foundation in CRM implementations spanning over a decade, Suraj has also contributed to various organizations such as nbn™ Australia and National Australia Bank. Educationally, Suraj holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Pune University.
