Molly Aaker is a seasoned brand strategy consultant with extensive experience in positioning and messaging, particularly within B2B and complex categories. As the founder of Alchemy Brand Works, Molly assists small, purpose-driven companies in establishing their brand foundations. Notable past roles include serving as Strategy Director at McCann Health and Senior Strategy Consultant at SYPartners, along with various consulting positions for agencies and brands such as AT&T, Microsoft, and PUMA. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Skidmore College, Molly has developed a strong foundation in art and strategy, complemented by additional studies at Miami Ad School and Syracuse University.
