Mac Hagel is currently serving as EVP, Client Partner Lead at Publicis Groupe since March 2023 and has been a board member of ThinkLA since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Spark Foundry as EVP, Managing Director - West (2019 - February 2023) and at Zenith as EVP, Managing Director - West (2017 - 2019). Additional experience encompasses managing director positions at OMD USA and ZenithOptimedia Group, along with various leadership roles at Horizon Media, including VP, Associate Managing Director. Early career experience includes positions at Anomaly and Tribune Media Net. Mac Hagel holds a BS in Marketing and Sociology from Penn State University and an MBA in Marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, complemented by a high school diploma in Music from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School.
