Matthew Schoer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matthew began their career in 2009 at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee Intern, where they demonstrated strong customer service skills and developed marketing strategies. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at St. John's University in various roles, including a Student Consultant and member of the Marketing and Fundraising Team.

In 2011, Matthew joined Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions, Inc. (RGTS) as a Service Management Specialist, managing client relationships, projects, and negotiating contracts. Matthew also held the position of Office Assistant during this time. Matthew then transitioned to BPN Worldwide in 2013, serving as an Assistant Media Planner and later as a Media Planner.

Matthew joined Sofar Sounds in 2017 and took on various roles, including NYC Ambassador and Sofar Crew. In these positions, they represented the organization at events, supported artists, and ensured smooth event operations.

Since 2015, Matthew has been working at Publicis Health Media, starting as a Media Planner and progressing to roles such as Media Supervisor, Associate Media Director, and Media Director. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, overseeing media, strategy, and CX planning.
