Marie Allard currently serves as Directrice générale et éditrice par intérim at Publications BLD, overseeing various publications since January 2025. Prior to this role, Marie contributed to a research project at Hydro-Québec focused on sustainable procurement and climate change adaptation while completing a Master's degree in Management and Sustainable Development at HEC Montréal. Marie held the position of Directrice de la rédaction at L'actualité, where responsibilities included managing production flows and content performance analysis. With extensive experience at La Presse, Marie led a team of journalists in covering diverse topics and supervised interns, while also working as a specialized journalist and conducting international reporting. Earlier career endeavors included roles in radio and television journalism, along with foundational studies in communications and teaching.
