Derek Pereira has extensive experience in customer service and management within the aviation and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Engagement Manager and previously as a Customer and Quality Assurance Manager at Public Trust since September 2017, Derek has a strong background in strategic customer relations. At Air New Zealand, Derek held senior management positions including Customer Relations Manager, where responsibilities involved leading global customer operations, and Customer Support Specialist, providing strategic guidance to the executive team.
