Leah Matthes is an accomplished theatre professional with extensive experience in producing and directing. Currently serving as an Associate Producer at Fat Ham Broadway since March 2023, Leah has also held significant roles at The Public Theater since November 2014, including Associate Director for Public Theater Productions and Executive Assistant to the Artistic Director. Previous positions include Personal Assistant to the Joint CEO & Creative Director at Ambassador Theatre Group, as well as various roles at Seattle Theatre Group and Minnesota Opera. Leah’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Musical Theatre (Producing) from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance Production (Stage Management) from Cornish College of the Arts.
