Mindy Herman-Stahl is a Senior Researcher at Public Strategies since June 2019 and serves as a Behavioral Health Research Consultant for Making Good Work. With extensive experience dating back to 1997, Mindy has held a Research Psychologist position at RTI International, focusing on community-based research to promote health equity and the prevention of substance abuse. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Manager and Evaluator at the Arizona Department of Health Services, where Mindy managed a significant substance abuse study across tribal nations and criminal justice sites. Mindy holds a PhD in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University, an MPA in Public Administration from the University of Georgia, and a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
