Chad Gulley is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Currently serving as Director Of Technology at Public Strategies since April 2019, Chad also holds a position as Senior Software Engineer at ADFITECH, Inc., where engagement began in February 2016. Previous roles include Senior Software Architect at Phase 2 and Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at ADFITECH, Inc., where Chad worked from 2005 to September 2015, transitioning through various positions including AVP - IT and Applications Manager.
