Dawn Shilkoski is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and engineering, specifically within the offshore wind sector. Currently serving as Project Engineering Manager for Offshore Wind at PSEG since May 2012, Dawn has progressed through various roles, including Principal Engineer and Principal Staff Engineer, focusing on delivery projects and construction in transmission engineering. Previous experience includes working as a Field and Office Engineer at Kiewit Construction from January 2007 to May 2012 and a co-op position at Icon Engineering. Dawn began the professional journey as an Environmental Engineer Intern at Louis Berger Group. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
