Robert Adkins is an experienced attorney currently serving at the Public Service Commission of West Virginia since November 2016. Previously, Robert held positions as a Part-Time Instructor at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2016 and as a Corporate Attorney at Energy Corporation of America from 1991 to 2016. Robert also contributed to the Public Service Commission of West Virginia as Associate General Counsel between 1984 and 1991. Robert holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. Louis University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and English from Marshall University. Additionally, Robert pursued further education at The George Washington University - College of Professional Studies in 2016-2017.
