Whitney Douglas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, external affairs, and administrative policy writing. Currently serving as an External Affairs Specialist and previously as a Program Analyst at the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia, Whitney has honed skills in diversity and inclusion, event planning, data analysis, and communication. Prior roles include Regulatory Docket Specialist, Case Management Specialist at Lockheed Martin through the Department of Justice, and Secretary at the US Department of Justice.
