Kathleen Brown has served as a Membership Specialist for the Public School Employees of Washington/SEIU Local 1948 since March 1999, focusing on the representation of classified educational support professionals in Washington State's public education system. In addition, Kathleen has been a Vacation Rental Owner at Casita Paraiso since April 2010, managing a two-bedroom, one-bath property located near a beautiful beach in the Mexican Caribbean.
