Sheri Hickey (she/her)

Sheri Hickey (she/her) has a diverse work experience, starting with a Fashion Intern position at Hearst Magazines-Magazine International from 2012-2013. During that time, they were responsible for assisting on photo shoots, working closely with PR departments, and performing market research. In 2012, they also held an Editorial Intern position at Refinery29, Inc. where they wrote daily articles and coded entry-level graphics and text for the company's website. From 2014-2019, they worked at Leo Burnett in various roles, starting as a Junior Copywriter and eventually becoming an Associate Creative Director. In 2019, they moved to Public Rec where they currently serve as Creative Director. In this role, they have overhauled the brand narrative, brought multi-dimensional sizing to the women's athleisure market, and oversees ongoing refresh of paid and organic advertising.

Sheri Hickey (she/her) has a diverse educational background. Sheri obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington. In 2016 and 2018, they attended The Second City Writing Program for Comedy Writing. In 2006-2010, they attended Edina Senior High School. Additionally, they hold a Spinning Certification - Level 1 from Mad Dogg Athletics in the field of Health and Physical Education/Fitness.
