Norman Castro is an experienced professional in project development and structural engineering, currently serving as a Project Development Officer at the Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines since September 2020. In this role, Norman manages PPP projects, provides technical support to implementing agencies and local government units, and coordinates with relevant bodies for project development and procurement.
